Terms of Service
Effective July 12, 2026
Agreement to these terms
PNW Bowl is operated by Blue2O Solutions, LLC (“PNW Bowl,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using PNW Bowl, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
What PNW Bowl is
PNW Bowl lets Pacific Northwest bowling leagues, tournaments, and bowling centers publish schedules, standings, and scores, and lets bowlers follow, sign up for, and self-report results for those events. Leagues, tournaments, centers, and scores may be created by community members and are not official results unless verified by the relevant sanctioning body. We provide the platform “as is” and don't guarantee the accuracy of community-submitted content.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including anything entered by someone you've given access to.
- You may sign up or sign in with email/password, a magic link, or a third-party provider such as Facebook. Using Facebook sign-in also means you agree to Facebook's own terms for its platform.
- Roles (league admin, center admin, tournament admin, etc.) grant management access scoped to the leagues, centers, or tournaments you administer or have been granted. We may revoke a role that's being misused.
- You must be old enough to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction, or have a parent/guardian's permission. PNW Bowl is not directed to children under 13.
SMS / text messages
If you provide a mobile number and enable SMS notifications, you agree to receive transactional, event-driven text messages from PNW Bowl about your own activity — such as league or tournament signup approvals or declines, team roster or lineup changes, substitute requests, and event status updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help, or turn SMS off in your profile settings at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using PNW Bowl. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information.
Content you submit
You're responsible for the leagues, teams, tournaments, scores, messages, photos, and other content you submit (“your content”). By submitting content, you grant PNW Bowl a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the platform — for example, showing your scores on a public standings page.
Don't submit content that is false, infringing, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share. Nothing is permanent until posted, but once results are posted publicly other bowlers may rely on them being accurate.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information about yourself, your scores, and the events you run.
- Don't scrape, redistribute, or misrepresent content from the platform.
- Don't impersonate another bowler, admin, or center, or misuse messaging to spam or harass other users.
- Don't attempt to interfere with the platform's security or availability.
- We may remove content, suspend messaging privileges, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Public data and display
PNW Bowl is built around public standings and results. Scores, standings, and event participation tied to your display name are visible to anyone without an account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid features, billing & refunds
Some features — premium bowler analytics, league or tournament sponsorship, center subscriptions, and related tools described on our Pricing page — require payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your full card details.
Billing and renewal. The price and billing cadence (for example, monthly or annual) are shown before you complete a purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until you cancel, and the card on file is charged for each renewal.
Cancellation. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing us at paul.ernsdorff@blue2o.com. When you cancel, your plan stops renewing and you keep access to the paid features through the end of the period you've already paid for; it then lapses back to the free tier. Canceling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund the current period.
Refunds. Annual subscriptions are refundable on a prorated basis within 60 days of purchase — request one from your billing settings (or email us) and we'll refund the unused portion of the term and cancel the plan. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime and are not refunded for the current period. If a bowling center closes or is sold, we'll prorate a refund of the remaining subscription term.
Tournament event-tool activations and settlement charges are non-refundable once results are published. If you were charged in error or believe there is a billing problem, email us at paul.ernsdorff@blue2o.com within 60 days of the charge and we'll review it in good faith.
Disclaimer of warranties
PNW Bowl is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that community-submitted scores and standings are accurate or official.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PNW Bowl and Blue2O Solutions, LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on inaccurate community-submitted results.
Termination
You may stop using PNW Bowl at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, misusing the platform, or on request — see our data deletion instructions for how to request account and data removal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as PNW Bowl evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders.
